also known as “modest marce”, marcella is a recipe developer, photographer & stylist. she is the creator of modest studios & author of the cookbook bake the seasons (penguin canada, 2019). she focuses on creating simple & seasonal recipes, putting a modern twist on the classics. her work has been featured on food network canada, HGTV canada, LCBO’S food & drink, the kitchn, metro ontario & more.

justin jones

Justin oversees the day to day modest studios operations. He is in charge of client contracts, social campaigns & frequently assists with both photography & videography. he often channels his inner george costanza when acting as the studios professional hand model too.
